“ELDER TEACHINGS” is part of a lager painting titled “The Gathering”, featuring the different ways we as Indigenous people gather. In this image the children gather with the elder for land based teachings. They are learning how to live off the land and keep the traditional ways alive.

This image was a part of the Mâmawôayâwin indigenous programming initiative at the Edmonton Public Library in 2021

Each print is Limited Edition (1 of 10), and comes framed, numbered and signed by artist Lance Cardinal of the Bigstone Cree Nation. Also includes letter of authenticity.
